| (ICD-10-CM) International Classification of Disease, 10th Revision, Clinical Modifications | A listing that IDs the diagnostic categories, specific DRG numbers, and monetary values. That monetary value is how US hospitals and providers are reimbursed unless there are extenuating circumstances

| (UCR) Usual, Customary, and Reasonable Fee | Describes how providers are reimbursed for their servcies and is widely accepted by insurance carriers. The usual fee is a providers average fee for a service or what is usually charged for a procedure.

| Neglect | failure to provide basic care including, food, clothing, shelter, or medical attention that endangers the health of a child

| Physical Injury | burns, severe bruising, lacerations, fractures, injuries to internal organs

| Mental Injury | Harm to a childs well beings well being that damages their psychological or intellectual development. Child may be emotionally withdrawn, depressed, anxious, or aggressive, but injury is not evident
