| Yellow used for: | Blood cultures, paternity testing, DNA, tissue typing, and organ donation

| Light blue used for: | PT, hemostasis, and coagulation studies

| Red used for: | Glucose, cholesterol, LDH, vit D, triglycerides, potassium, BUN, antibody screening, hormones

| Tiger/Gold used for: | Vit B12, hormones, CMP, cholesterol, triglycerides, hepatic (liver) function

||||
| Green used for: | Stat and routine chemistry tests, ammonia, electrolytes, arterial blood gases (ABG’s)

| Lavender used for: | CBC, ABO Rh, hematocrit, hemoglobin, hemoglobin A1C
