Papillary Muscle | Long thicker strings or strands inside the heart close to the chordae tendinae

Epicardium | The outer layer of the heart (outside casing)

Myocardium | The thick middle layer of the heart (muscle, what looks like meat)

Endocardium | The inner lining of the heart (inside the holes, the shiny stuff)
