Adductors   This is the muscle that helps you reverse what the abductor muscle does. This is located at the inner part of your thigh

Quadriceps   This is located on the upper part of your thigh, this is the thing that allows you to lift up you leg, to walk.

Hamstring   This is located on the under part of your thigh, this helps reverse the motion of moving your leg up. Also, when you run and the upper part of you leg hurts, that is most likely your hamstring.

Sartorius   This muscle wraps itself around the other thigh muscles, helping keep them in place, and is used to help you cross your legs.

Gastrocnemius   Calf

Anterior Tibial   this muscle attaches to your tibia, and is in the area most people call their shen.

Achilles Tendon   This is one of the most important tendons, if this is messed with is could be very painful, and this tendon attaches to your ankle, and your fibula
