What does the executive branch do? lead the military, makes treaties, approves new laws, carries out laws

Where is the Judicial branch? the Supreme Court
What does the Judicial Branch do? decides if laws are fair, decides if laws have been broken or not
Who is in the legislative branch? Congress which is the Senate and House of Representatives
Where is the Legislative branch? the Capitol Building
What does the legislative branch do? makes new laws, spends money from taxes, approves treaties and appointments by the President

Who are the members of executive branch of the state government? Governor and Lieutenant Governor
Who are the members of the judicial branch of the state government? State Supreme court justices
Who are the members of the legislative branch of the state government? The General Assembly (Senate and House of Representatives)
