Executive Branch Enforces Laws: Appoints supreme court judges and other federal judges (Judicial). President can veto, may call special sessions, appeal to people (Legislative)
Legislative Branch Makes Laws: Impeachment of Judges, creates lower courts, approves/rejects judges (Judicial). Makes Laws creates agencies and programs, funds to carry out laws and programs, may override veto with 2/3 votes, may impeach president, Senate approves treaties.
Judicial Branch Interprets Laws: Judges appointed for life, free from executive control, executive actions unconstitutional (Executive). Declare acts of congress unncontional.
