What is the fourth amendment? prohibits unreasonble search and seizures and generlly requires a search warrant signed by independent magistrate.
What is the fifth amendment? prohibits compelled self incrimination. Requires grand jury indictment for captiatl crimes and prohibits double jeopardy and deprication of life, liberty, or property without due process of law
What is the sixth amendment? guarantees the right to a speedy and public trials, counsel, an impartial jury.
What is the eighth amendment? prohibits excessive bails and fines and cruel and unusual punishment.
Name the five levels of felonies with the jail time and fees. Capital: Death or life imprisonment no possibility of parole. Life: up to life imprisonment, up to 15,000. First Degree: max 30yrs imprisonment, up to 10,000 fine. Second degree: max 15yrs, fine up to 10,000. Third Degree: max 5 years, fine up to 5,00
