Second Amendment Right to bear arms and a regulated militia
Third Amendment No quartering of soldiers
Fourth Amendment Right to be secure, freedom from unreasonable searches,
Fifth Amendment Right to trial by jury. Innocent until proven guilty. Freedom from "Double Jeopardy." Due process of law. Property will not be taken for public use without compensation.
Sixth Amendment Right to speedy and public trial.
Seventh Amendment The right to a trial by jury in a private law suit.
Eight Amendment Freedom from excessive bail, fines, or cruel or unusual punishment
Ninth Amendment Constitutional rights shall not be infringed
Tenth Amendment These rights are only for people who live in the United States of America.
