Why is the Constitution still considered a "living document?" It is still enforced and it can be changed based on modern advances.
What words does the Preamble start with? We the people
What is the purpose of the Preamble? To list the goals of government.
What are the two houses of Congress? Senate and House of Representatives
Which house is based on population? The House of Representatives
What does Congress have the power to do? Decide how to spend money through taxes, raise an army and navy, and decare war.

How is a bill turned into a law? A member of Congress sumbits the bill. If a majority in one house votes in favor of the bill, it is sent to the other for debate. If both houses approve,the bill gets sent to the president. If he approves of it it becomes a law.
