What is another name for Totalitarianism? Autocracy
Autocracy Complete and total rule over a country or state
Oligarchy a few people or a group ruling
Anarchy No one rules the people rule themselves
Democracy There is a governement but the people have the biggest say
Communism An economic system where all people are equal. All businesses are owned by the government, everyone's job gets picked for them, their house, wages are all planned out for them.
Socialism Similar to the ways of communism but with a little bit more freedom... such as people can own their own businesses but other people can't work for them...
Capitalism An economic system where the people govern themselves, but thereis a government but they are own there for certain thing.
Consensus agreement about basic beleifs, have the most stable government.
What are the essential features of a state? Population, Territory, Sovereignty and Government
Sovereignty the state has supreme and absolute authority within its territorial boundaries
Territory the boundaries of an area
Population The amount of people in an area, such as states, countries, towns, or cities
What are the main purposes of Governement? Maintaining social order, Providing Public services, Providing National Security, Making Economic Decisions
