| 3rd Amendment | Citizens do not have to house soldiers |
| 4th Amendment | There can be no illegal searches or seizures |
| 5th Amendment | No double jeopardy. Grand jury. Emminent domain. Protection against self incrimination. due process |
| 6th Amendment | Right to trial by jury. All trials should be speedy and public. all citizens have the right to a lawyer in a criminal trial |
| 7th Amendment | All citizens have the right to s jury in all civil cases where the amount in question exceeds $20.00 |
| 8th Amendment | there will be no cruel or unusual punishments. there will be no excessive bails or fines |
| 9th Amendment | All rights not enumerated in the constitution shall not be used to deny peoples right |
| 10th Amendment | All rights not delegated to the Federal gov't are then reserved to state gov'ts |
