VT with pulse/poor perfusion Sync cardiovert (may attempt adenosine)
VT with pulse/poor perfusion (after cardiovert) Amiodarone or Procainamide
VF/pulseless VT after 1st rhythm check 1 shock - resume CPR 5 cycles
VF/pulseless VT after 2nd rhythm check 1 shock - CPR 5 cycles - epinephrine Q3-5min
