11TH GENERAL ORDER TO BE ESPECIALLY WATCHFUL AT NIGHT, AND DURING CHALLENGING, TO CHALLENGE ALL PERSONS O OR NEAR MY POST AND TO ALLOW NO TO PASS WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORITY.

REASONABLE SEARCH ANY SEARCH MUST BE CONDUCTED INPLACES WHERE THE OBJECT SOUGHT COULD REASONABLY BE HIDDEN
PROBABLE CAUSE TO SEARCH THE FACT AND CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH WOULD LEAD A REASONABLE AND PRUDENT PERSON TO BELIEVE THAT A CRIME HAS,IS OR WILL BE COMMITTED AND THAT EVIDENCE OF THAT CRIME EXIST IN A SPECIFIC LOCATION.
