What are the offices that make up the branch? President, Vice President, and the Cabinet
How does each member get it's job? The president is elected by the people, the vice president is nominated by the president and his party, and the cabinet is nominated by the president his party.
What are the qualifications to be president? Must be: 35 years of age, a natural born citizen, and lived in the U.S for about 14 years prior to their election.
How long are the terms? 1 term= four years
Five powers that the president has? The president is replaced by the V.P, The V.p is replaced by the House of representatives, and the cabinet can be reappointed.
What are the roles and duties for the V.P and the President? The President: Commander and Chief, Chief of State, Chief Executive, Chief Diplomat, Chief Legislator, Chief of Party, Chief Guardian of the Economy V.P: To lead the Senate and to take over in the Presidents absence Cabinet: To help run their departm
Different ways the President can be removed from office? The President can be impeached and removed from office, or he can die, unable to fulfill his duties, and resignation.
How does the two other branches check the Executive Branch, and a way the branch checks itself? Senate can override a president's veto, Can make a law, can remove the president, supreme court can deem a law unconstitutional.
What article of the constitution outlines the powers of the Executive Branch? Article II
