| Olecranon Process | "ulna head" top of the U |
| Radial Notch | Place on ulna where radius touches |
| Guiding Ridge | Separates trochlear into Lateral and Medial |
| Pronator Ridge | Anterior, medial, distal; pronator muscle held here |
| Radial Articulation | Distal end of ulna where radius articulates |
| Parry Fracture | Break to the ulna cause by trying to defend against a blow. |
| Coronoid Process | Bottom of the U, proximal |
| Trochlear Notch | Where the humerus joins via trochlea |
| Styloid Process | Medial end of bone, sort of sticks out |
| Ulnar Tuberosity | Protuberance, proximal on ulna |
