Buccinator compresses the cheek
Lavator Scapulae lifts the shoulder blade
Scalenes moves neck sideways and help breathe
Pectoralis Major moves arm forward and toward the body
Pectoralis Minor pulls shoulder blade down and forward
Serratus Anterior holds shoulder blade against ribs, helps push
Trapezuis moves and stabilizes shoulder blades

Rectus Abdominis bends the trunk forward
External Oblique twists and bends the trunk sideways
Internal Oblique helps twist and bend the trunk
Transversus Abdominis tightens the belly
Diaphragm helps breathe in
Deltoid lifts arms to the side
Biceps Brachii bends the elbow and turns the palm up
Brachialis bends the elbow
Triceps Brachii straightens the elbow
Brachioradialis helps bend the elbow
Pronator Teres turns palm down
Flexor Carpi Radialis bends and moves wrist outward
Flexor Carpi Ulnaris bends and moves wrist inward
Extensor Digitorum straightens fingers
