Buccinator compresses the cheek
Lavator Scapulae lifts the shoulder blade

External Oblique twists and bends the trunk sideways

Transversus Abdominis tightens the belly
Diaphragm helps breathe in
Deltoid lifts arms to the side
Biceps Brachii bends the elbow and turns the palm up
Brachialis bends the elbow
Triceps Brachii straightens the elbow
Brachioradialis helps bend the elbow
Pronator Teres turns palm down
Flexor Carpi Radialis bends and moves wrist outward
Flexor Carpi Ulnaris bends and moves wrist inward
Extensor Digitorum straightens fingers
