What is an acid and what is a base? Acids- release hydrogen ions (H+) in solution , a weak acid dissociates very little as opposed to strong acid , has pH less than 7 and has more H+ than OH- Bases- release hydroxide ions in solution (OH-) , pH more than 7, more OH- than H+, alkaline.
What are the functions of the following organelles: 1.Plasma Membrane 2.Golgi Apparatus 3. Lysosomes 4. Peroxisomes 5. Mitochondria 6.
