How do vesicles move about inside the cell? they are pulled along the microtubules of the cellular skeleton by molecular motors.
what are the two types of cellular junctions? tight junctions and gap junctions.
what are the 4 types of tissue? epithelial, connective, muscle, nervous.
what are the 3 classes of exocrine function? how does each accomplish secretion? Apocrine: pinches off vesicles. Holocrine: self destructs. Merocrine: discharge through cell membrane.
what is the basic structural unit of compact bone? the osteon.
