| Anaphylaxis | When exposure to an allergenn produces IgE instead of IgG IgE activates basophils, causing extreme inflammatory responses and causes vasodilation which drops BP and can be fatal |

| Cytotoxic Allergies | Blood/Organ rejection due to IgG and IgM reacting to a different blood type and breaking down blood, releasing extra hemoglobin |
| Type III | Immune Complex |
| Immune Complex | IgA and IgM don't completely break down an antigen - remaining pieces alert immune system and creates an autoimmune response |
| Type IV | Cell-Mediated |
| Cell-Mediated | APC mistakes an antigen as an invader and alerts basophils |
