| Amendment 3 | No quartering of soldiers, basically soldiers cant invade you home or private property |
| Amendment 4 | No unreasonable search or arrest |
| Amendment 5 | No person tried without grandy jury indictment, not to be punished twice for the same offense, no witness against yourself, and due process of law |
| 5th Double Jeopardy | prohibits anyone from being prosecuted twice for substantially the same crime. |
| 5th Self Incrimination | prohibits that act of being forced to testify as guilty |
| Amendment 6 | Rights of the accused in criminal cases |
| 6th Speedy trial | Protects defendants from delays between the indictment and the start of their trial |
| 6th Public Trial | Guarantees the right to a public trial in criminal prosecutions |

| 25th | It established the process by which an ailing President can pass his duties to the Vice-President and for the filing on the VP Office when vacant subject to Congressional approval if Pres is in coma or etc |

| 27th | Congressional pay; no congressional pay raise can take affect until the election |
