| What is Judicial review? | Review by the supreme court to determine if a law or bill is constitutional or not. Determining constitutionality |
| Why does the supreme court have a life term? | Because they don't get involved with the people, allowing them to apply law without any political or electoral concerns |
| Why does the supreme court not have age/citizen, or residency requirements? | because they have to get approved by the Senate anyway. The Senate wont let some young and not too smart. Plus you need a degree for this role. |
