TermDefinition
Judicial branch decides the constitutionality of federal laws and resolves other disputes about federal laws.
Legislative branch made up of the House and Senate, known collectively as the Congress.
Executive branch consists of the President, his or her advisors and various departments and agencies.
Supreme Court the highest court in the land and the only part of the federal judiciary specifically required by the Constitution.
House of Representatives The lower house of the United States Congress.
What rights do the citizens have? freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
