| Umbilical Region | Belly button area (small intestine, transverse colon) |
| Hypogastric Region | Under belly button (bladder, small intestine, reproductive organs) |
| Left Hypochondriac Region | Above belly button to left (stomach, pancreas, left kidney, spleen) |
| Right Hypochondriac Region | Above belly button to right (liver, right kidney, gallbladder, large and small intestine) |
| Left Lumbar Region | Belly button area to left (small intestine, left kidney) |
| Right Lumbar Region | Belly button area to right (small intestine, right kidney) |
| Left Iliac Region | Under belly button to left (small intestine) |
| Right Iliac Region | Under belly button to right (appendix, small intestine) |
