Abdominal relating to the abdomen. (The abdomen is the part of the body between the chest and pelvis)
Antecubital inside the "crook" on the elbow
Axillary inside or near the armpit
Buccal relating to the cheek
Calcaneal relating to the calcaneus (heel)
Carpal relating to the bones forming the carpus. (Carpal bones are small bones in the wrist that connect the forearm to the hand)
Cephalic relating to the head
Cervical relating to the neck
Coxal relating to the hip or hip joint
Digital relating to the fingers or toes
Femoral relating to the femur or the thigh
Gluteal relating to the gluteus muscles
Inguinal relating to the groin
Lumbar relating to the lower part of the back
Nasal relating to the nose
Occipital relating to or situated in the back of the head
Olecranal relating to the olecranon (olecranon is the large, curved bone at the top of the ulna, a long bone in the forearm)
Oral relating to the mouth or oral cavity
Orbital boney structures of the skull
Patellar ligament that connects the kneecap (patella) to the shinbone (tibia)
Pelvic relating to the pelvis
Popliteal relating to or situated in the hollow at the back of the knee
Sacral relating to the sacrum (triangular bone at the base of the spine)
Scapular relating to the scapula (forms the posterior of the shoulder girdle. It is a sturdy, flat, triangular bone)
Sternal relating to the sternum
Tarsal relating to the tarsus (tarsals are a set of seven bones in the ankle area of the foot)
Thoracic relating to the thorax (the middle section of the spine)
Umbillical relating to or affecting the navel or umbilical cord
Vertebral relating to the vertebrae
