CDA Clinical Documentation Architecture [utilized by HL7]
HL7 Health Level Seven, Inc. Standards for electronic interchange of clinical, financial, and administrative information among health care oriented computer systems.
AMC Academic Medical Center. Partnerships between a medical school and its affiliated teaching hospitals and clinics.
CBO Congressional Budget Office. Primary congressional agency charged with reviewing congressional budgets and other legislative initiatives with budgetary implications.
CCR Continuity of Care Record. The CCR standard, often referred to simply as the CCR standard or CCR, is a patient health summary standard, widely used for secure, computable, electronic capture and transfers of personal health data fm 1 health IT to other
CDA Clinical Document Architecture. A document markup standard that specifies the structure and semantics of "clinical documents" for the purpose of exchange. The CCDA is the primary standard for clinical document exchange in the US.
CPR Computer-based Patient Record. A repository of electronically maintained information about an individual's lifetime health status and health care, stored such that it can serve the multiple legitimate users of the record.
C-CDA Consolidated
SOAP Note Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan. A type of Progress Note with a specific set of headings in a specific order, indicated by the acronym "SOAP."
