CN IV | Trochlear nerve Function: motor control of superior oblique Pathway through skull: superior orbital fissure |
CN V1 | Ophthalmic branch of trigeminal nerve Function: sensation from skin of forehead (supraorbital foramen), cornea, paranasal sinuses Pathway through skull: superior orbital fissure |
CN V2 | Maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve Function: sensation from skin of maxillary area (infraorbital foramen), paranasal sinuses, upper teeth Pathway through skull: foramen rotundum |
