Pelvic Wall Piriformis, Pelvic Floor
Piriformis Laterally rotates the extended high or abducts the flexed thigh.
Pelvic Floor Ischiococcygeus and Pubococcygeus aka Kegel Muscles
Abdominals Transverse, Rectus, Internal & External Obliques
Transverse Abdominals Helps compress the ribs and viscera, providing thoracic and pelvic stability.
Internal Obliques When contracted it rotates and side-bends the trunk.
External Obliques Pulls the chest downwards and compresses the abdominal cavity.
Rectus Abdominis Flexes the Spine
