What are covalent bonds? A bond formed by sharing one or more pairs of electrons between the outer energy levels of two atoms.
What is a hydrogen bond? The interaction involving a hydrogen atom located between a pair of other atoms having a high affinity for electrons; such a bond is weaker than an ionic bond or covalent bond but stronger than van der Waals forces.

What are the 4 types of bones? - Long bone - Short bone - Flat bone - Irregular bone
How does muscle mass grow? As a result of muscle protein synthesis. This metabolic process enables anyone to gain muscle mass through exercise. You can reshape your muscles to fit the type of weight or resistance training that you're doing.
