Peristalis manifest itself as what type of noise? a gurgling sound
The inner layer of muscular tissue in the alimentary canal performs what function? Constricts the canal, lowering the diameter
What happens when the longitudinal muscles of the alimentary canal constrict? the tube shortens in length.
