| Zygomatic Bones | commonly called cheekbones forms prominences of cheeks, part of the lateral wall and floor of each orbit. |
| Lacrimal Bones | Smallest bones of the face, roughly resemble a fingernail in size & shape. Each one has a groove that serves as a passageway for tears. Lacrima = tear |

| Vomer | roughly triangular bone on floor of the nasal cavity Forms inferior part of the nasal septum |
