what are the three different main muscles? cardiac muscles, smooth muscles, and skeletal muscles.
what is another name for smooth muscles? involuntary muscles
What muscle makes up the heart? cardiac muscleThe cardiac muscle works with no help from you!It is also known as the myicardium.
what are skeletal muscles?Can you control them or not? voluntary muscles
what are skeletal muscles held up with? tendonsyou find tendons in your feet
where is your deltoid? on your shoulder
where is your pects or pectorals located? each side of your upper chest
where is the rectus abdominus located? below the pects or pectorals and under you rib cage
Where are your biceps located? it is on the upper half of your arm
The quadriceps are located where? on your thigh
your gulteas maximus is located where? on your bottom. Did you know they are the latgest muscle in your whole body.
what is a strain? the tearing of tendons and skeletal muscles
what are your tendons? they are strong. ropelike fibers that connect skeletal muscles to bones
Where are your fontalis? they are the muscles located on your forehead
where is the masseter? it is the muscle in your mouth that are located in the jaws.
what is the trapezius it is the muscle in your neck
where is the sartorius it is the the very small string in the thigh
where is the temporalis it is the muscles on the side of your head. Right above your head.
What is the iris. It is the colorful part of the eye.
what is the pupil in the eye? The pupil is the black circle in the center of the iris.
What is the sclera? It is the white part of the eye.
what is the retina? It is the back if the eyeball.
What is the cornea? The cornea is the transparent dome that sits in the colorful part of the eye!
What is the lens' job? The lens' is to sit behind the iris and it is clear and colorless.
the lens are suspended in the eye by a bunch of fibers. What are they called? ciliary muscles
what colors do rods see in? black, white, and shades of gray.
What do cones do? they sense color and they need more light than rods.
