erosion loss of superficial epidermis leaving are of moisture but no bleeding
ulcer open sore, can bleed or scar
excoriation scratch mark
fissure linear crack in the skin
scale thin flake of exfoliated skin
crust dried serum, blood or pus
cicatrix of the skin scar
keloid abnormal overgrowth of scar tissue
cherry angioma small, round, bright red blood vessel tumor (usually on elderly)
telangiectasia tiny, red blood vessel lesion formed by dialation of a group of blood vessels
