Uniform Measurements (Male)

Rank/rate insignia (Cover) A bisected vertical line 2 inches from the crease of the cap and a horizontal line 1-1/2 inches from the bottom edge of the cap
Rank/rate insignia (Rank) It is 1-7/8 inches from the collar point
Small fouled anchor (left side) a bisected vertical line 2 inches from the fore crease of the cap, and a horizontal line 1-1/2 inches from the bottom edge of the cap
JROTC insignia (J bar) it is 1-7/8 inches from the collar point
Name tag (right side) horizontally on the right side, 1/4 inch above the pocket
Center ribbons (left side) the left side, 1/4 inch above the pocket (top pocket)
Service stars (left side) 1/4 inch above the top row of ribbons, one star is centered multiple stars are 1/4 inch apart
Navy blue slacks (Male & Female) the rear of the hem is approximately 2 inches from the deck at the back of the shoe
