gastric lipase found in stomach cheif cells, breaks down triglycerides, and produces fatty acids and monoglycerides
pancreatic amylase in pancreatic acinar cells, breaks down starch and creates maltose, maltotriose and dextrin
trypsin activated from trypsinogen in pancreatic acinar cells, breaks down proteins and produces peptides
chymotrypsin activated from chymotrypsinogen in pancreatic acinar cells, breaks down protein and produces peptides
elastase activated from proelastase by trypsin in pancreatic acinar cells, breaks down protein and produces peptides
