Homeostasis Relatively constant states maintained by the body
Atoms What matter is composed of.
pH "the power of hydrogen" it is the relative H+ ion concentration of a solution.
Plasma membrane Outer boundary of the cell
Cytoplasm The gel like substance inside of the cell
Tissue Group of similar cells that perform a common function
Epidermis The superficial, thin layer of the skin
Dermis the deep, thicker layer of skin
Keratin Tough, fibrous protein
Bones rigid, mineralized structures that help perform 5 major roles in the body
Bone Marrow Soft connective tissue, this is where the production of blood cell occurs
