For what is conformed chemical contaminats? Sources, symptoms and prevention
What mean sources? Cleaners, sanitizers, polishes, machine lubricants, and pesticides
What mean symptoms? Vary depending on chemical consumed​
What mean prevention? Only use chemicals approved for use ​ in foodservice operations
What mean sources in physical contaminats? Common objects that get into food , like: metal shavings from cans, wood, fingernails, etc.
What mean symptoms in P.C? Mild to fatal injuries are possible , etc...
What mean prevention in P.C? Purchase food from approved, reputable suppliers, etc...
