| Cardiovascular | Maintains internal constancy by transporting nutrients. water, oxygen, wastes and other materials. |
| lymphatic | maintains constant fluid pressure by draining excess fluid from tissues, recycling it to the bloodstream. |
| immune | defends internal environment again harmful agents. |
| respiratory | maintains stable 02 and co2 levels in the body, by exchanging these gases between external and internal environments. |
