Mediation

Evaluative Mediation (Mediation) A subject matter EXPERT describes the issue, offers opinions, and suggests opinions to resolution of an existing dispute.
Facilitative Mediation (Mediation) When an active THIRD PARTY volunteer enhances communication and encourages the parties to discuss matters freely.
Stakeholders (Mediation) Outside parties who have a VESTED or personal interest in the initiation, processing, and resolution of an existing dispute.
NPSC (Mediation) Includes FIVE negotiation strategies that can be used to win acceptance and ensure key relationship aren't destroyed.
ADR (Mediation) Encompasses many DIFFERENT WAYS to resolve issues in controversy.
