What are the different types of epithelial cells that make up the epidermis? Keratinocytes, Melanocytes, Langhans cells, and Merkel Cells
Name the different layers of the skin? Epidermis, Stratum Corneum, Stratum Lucidum, Stratum Granulosum, Stratum Spinosum, Stratum Basale, Dermoepidermal junction, Dermis, Papillary Layer, Reticular Layer, Hypodermis.
What are the functions of the skin? Protection, Sensation, Movement and growth without injury, Endocrine, Excretion, Immunity, and Temperature Regulation
Decubitus Ulcers is a pressure sore caused by laying in one position for a long period of time.
What are the classifications of burns? First degree, Second degree, third degree and fourth degree
What type of joint is the wrist? Synovial (condyloid)
