What is the difference between "anemia of chronic disease" and "chronic simple anemia"? Anemia of chronic disease is referring to a chronic disease that may cause anemia. On the other hand, Chronic Simple Anemia refers to the chronic nature of the simple anemia - withOUT an underlying chronic condition being the cause of the anemia.

Are all anticoagulation defects congenital? No. Some may be acquired through medications.
