TEETH

Hard structures used to chew food.

TEETH Hard structures used to chew food.
CROWN The top part of the tooth.
CANINES Sharp pointed teeth used for tearing food.
GUMLINE Where the tooth and the gums meet.
MOLARS They have many cuspids and are used for grinding and pushing food to the back.
ROOT The part that is under the gum and holds the tooth in place.
NECK Connects the crown with the root.
INCISORS These teeth are used to cut food.
PREMOLARS These teeth are located between the canine and molars and are used for crushing.
MILK TEETH They are the teeth that come out as a child.
CAVITIES Holes fomed by germs that grow in the presence of residues.
