Accessory structures of the skin

TermDefinition
Sebaceous (oil) gland saclike in structure and have a oil secretion (sebum) lubricates the skin and hair, prevents drying.
Sudoriferous (sweat) gland are coiled, tubelike structures located in the dermis
Hair Composed mainly of keratin and is not living.
Nails Made of hardened keratin formed by the epidermis.
