Types of Service

QuestionAnswer
FAMILY All food is placed on table, and patrons pass food to each other
AMERICAN Plated in pantry and severd to diner
ALA CARTE (Bfast only) Diner choices individual items
CAFETERIA Diner selects items, usually from a line, and it is plated, side items are self served
BUFFET Food arranged on sideboard or table, and patrons serve themselves.
