A projects success normally hinges on what? The strength of its leadership.
A project manager needs to be adept at Project management… A set of principles, practices, and techniques used to successfully accomplish a defined goal.
What team meeting is the most important meeting of all? The first.
The team will create what during the first meeting? 1. List of all necessary task. 2. List of all necessary resources. 3. Timeline for accomplishment, with several milestones. 4. List of all risk.
A plan must not only list all test to be accomplished, but also 1. Who will accomplish each, and by what date. 2. All estimated cost. 3. All necessary resources. 4. Risk must be addressed. 5. A timeline for accomplishing the project, including each step so the schedule can be evaluated.
What should be included in the final report of a project? 1. Final cost. 2. Accomplishments. 3. Personnel who assisted in the project. (the report is sent through the chain of command).
