what is the Right of Rebellion It is a booklet that is written by John Locke and he adapted the social contract theory to fit the New American Revoultion
Who was the author of the Albany plan? Ben Franklin
What are the 4 common features of the first state government? Popular sovereignty, limited government, civil liberty, separation of powers and checks an d balances
who were federalist leaders? James Madison and Alexander Hamilton
who were anti-federalist leaders? Patrick Henry and John Hancock
what is the connecticut compromise? bi cameral and equal representation
what is the 3/5 compromise? considered slaves 3/5th of a person when counting how many people they have per state for representation
what was Shay's rebellion? armed forces uprising about taxes and debt since they fought for the war and the money they were given is no longer valid
what is the Virginia plan and who was it created by? It was created by the big states and it has 3 separate branches of government(legislative, executive and judicial) and the members would be based on the size of the state so the big states would eliminate the small states
What is the New Jersey plan and who was it created by? it was created by the small states and it was unicameral legislature with equal representation
