| Amendment 2 | Right to bear arms and right to assemble a militia when necessary |
| Amendment 3 | prohibits quartering of troops |
| Amendment 4 | rights to privacy- search and arrest warrants needed |
| amendment 5 | self- incrimination- can't testify against yourself life ,liberty, property and dew process law |
| Amendment 6 | right to a speedy trial, trial by jury, an attorney, to know what your being charged with and the right to confront the accsuer |
| Amendment 7 | right to trial by jury(civil suits) |
| Amendment 8 | Prohibits excessive bail, fines or punishments |
| Amendment 9 | Certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. |
| Amendment 10 | The people have state rights that national government may not assume |
