How do you convert a binary number to decimal? Multiply each digit by its place value then add the products

How do you convert an octal number to decimal? Multiply the MSD by 8, Add the product to the next lower digit of the number being converted, Multiply the sum of the two numbers by the radix, Repeat for all digits of the number being converted except for the LSD.
How would you convert a binary number to octal? Arrange the binary digits in groups of three & directly substitute for each binary group its octal digit equivalent.
How do you convert a decimal number to hexadecimal? Divide the decimal number by 16, Continue until the original number equals 0, The first recorded remainder is the LSD of the HEX number, The last recorded remainder is the MSD of the HEX equivalent
How do you convert from hexadecimal to decimal? Place HEX digits under the appropriate weights, Multiply each positional value separately, Add the products
