A single cell is called? Give an example Unicellular make up most of organism on earth. Algae
What do multi-cellular cells do? multi-cellular organisms, the cells specialize and work together to perform specific functions (bone cells, skin cells, muscle cells, root cells, leaf cells).
What is the organization of a living thing? Atoms-Molecules-Cells-Tissues-Organs-Organ Systems-Organisms

Scientific Method? A logical, problem solving technique.
Observation using our 5 senses to collect Data.
How do scientist share their information? Reported in scientific journals Formal Lab Reports Presentations to other scientists
Hypothesis An educated guess of what will happen in you lab based on observation.
Experiment tests hypothesis series of steps with controlled conditions
Variable Something that changes
Independent Variable The value that the scientist controls
Dependent Variable Variable we are trying to solve
Constant Thing that doesn't change, Always the same
Experimental group Group that is being test
Control Group Not being tested get the affect PLACEBO
Conlcusion Experiments was or wasn't supported
