What is a "lame duck?" A president who has lost reelection or cannot stand for reelection and must still finish his term, so he cannot get desired legislation passed through Congress.
What is the ultimate check on the president? Impeachment.
Who are the only 2 presidents to have been impeached? Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson.
Who was the only president to resign? Richard Nixon.
What group sought to remove Andrew Johnson from office? Radical Republicans
What is an executive order? Presidential directives that have the force of law.

Was Teddy Roosevelt a strict or broad constructionist? Broad.

Which amendment outlines the process for filling a vacancy in the vice presidency? 25th Amendment.
