Regulatory Commissions FTIC, FCC, etc.. their jobs is to deal with rules for the organizations regulate policies put in rules to standardize policies
Government Corporations PBS, Peace corps operate like business but they are run by the government no matter how much money they lose the government can still write them a check
how can the president or congress hold these groups accountable? departments president can impound budgets Independent stand alone- president can change the leadership Regulatory congress can use congressional hearings Government corporations need to do public fundraising
